Какая к тебя подсеть на ПК?

Сетку к регистратору физически подключил?

netmask=255.255.0.0 - я не менял. В том-то и дело( Так стало после слета.
подсеть на пк 255.255.255.0
регистратор соединен ноль-модемным кабелем с ПК
