Проблемы с RS-232 при восстановлении прошивки

Добрый день.
На руках имеется регистратор http://shop.nag.ru/catalog/archive/14962.SNR-DVR-D32Lite. У него rs-232 оформлен в виде RJ-45 разъема, схему подключения нашел на сайте продавца, вот описание https://yadi.sk/i/15izzuxQpQHhe.
Но есть одна проблема. Данные идут как будто в обратном направлении, то есть если я подключаю по схеме в консоль сыпется мусор, а если поменять местами RX-GND, то идет нормальный лог загрузки. Но при этом не работает ввод в консоль.
Пробовал брать землю и с разъема и с платы, звонил землю с разъема откликается нормально.

Что делать ума не приложу, может кто нибудь сталкивался с такой бедой?

Какие установки COM порта на ПК? Скриншот с настроек.
Какой программой пользуешься?
Лог загрузки совсем печальный или...?
Что за клавиатура на ПК?

Клавиатура USB, на ноуте a4tech kl-5up(родная сдохла), на iMac родная проводная

Пробовал подключаться из под MacOs, Ubuntu, WindowsXp, Windows 7
Лог загрузки со стандартным подключением - это мусор, выкладывать не буду :)

Вроде как есть потенциал на восстановление, но остановить загрузку из за не понятного поведения консоли невозможно
И да забыл упоминуть, что прошивка на регистраторе взята явно от Dahua, видимо китайцы пересобрали из нее.

Для целей восстановления нудно иметь нормальную клавиатуру, а то бывает ноутные варианты ил иные не съватывают клавишу * (звездочка) или не включают numlock или бывает всякое.
Мусор понятно не надо, а вот лог вполне нормальный.
Конечно надо тормознуть загрузку и поправить переменную dh_keyboard, чтобы лог был более развёрнутым, ну а дальше уже ясно что и как делать.
Настройки порта верные, однако бывает и так что трабла с драйверами на TTL2USB и могут быть глюки.
Бывает и так что софт плющит и проверенные программы не работают, поэтому пробуй разные, гипертерминал, NCOM и др.

Пробовал все что смог найти: putty, telnet, ncom, minicom из под Ubuntu. Даже нашел старенький системный блок с наличием COM порта. Результат один не отвечает на клавиатуру и все.
Зато обнаружил возможность управления через telnet, он доступен до перезагрузки.
В общем удалось выставить dh_keyboard 0, по сути я могу изменить любые значения u-boot.

В принципе сейчас меня интересует вопрос, могу ли я как то загрузить через tftp скрипт и выполнить его?

Т.е. суть такая выкладываем скрипт на ftp, менеям комманду запуска скажем на:

И в итоге мы должны получить полный доступ к управлению без Serial и можем выполнять любые команды.

Очень странно, что ничего не получилось с перехватом.
Когда-то давно был прикол, что usb- клавиатура на обычном ПК c аппаратныс COM портом не схватывал апо звездочке, а PS/2 схватывала.
В чём прикол был тогда я не стал особо разбираться, просто взял другую клавиатуру (104 клавиши), на которой уже работал.
Ноутные варианты и другие с другими раскладками модет требую нажатия спецклавиш для активации или...

Но, логи включены, а также телнет доступен и это хорошо.

Вот тут вываливается Challange и дальше по плану загрузки консоль, а там watchdog ждет и потом ребутит.

После этого запусти

Если там есть порт 3800, то пробуй прошить частями именно по этому порту через ConfigTool

К сожалению netstat говорит что открыт только один порт, это телнет

Ну процесс upraded никто в ручную не мешает так-то запустить.
А с другой стороны надо подправить переменную appauto и поглядеть на обстакановку без старта приложения.
Тогда будет сразу шел и может быть собака ругаться не будет.
Тогда можно будет попытаться.
Однако всё-таки лучше стоит переосмыслить все свои предыдущие манипуляции с остановкой загрузки, а точнее возникающий спотыкач при этом.
Буквально вчера целялся к чисто чинайской Hikvision C2-MINI и о чудо, лог прёт, а остановить не могу, а в другой ситуации просто сразу загрузка останавливается и я в консоли, но выполнить ничего не могу, клава не действует. А потом дошло, что лыжи не едут и всё поправил и всё рултся с клавы и слил образ камерки.
А поначалу думал тоже, что ничего не получится ;)

А у тебя трабла после чтения конфига из флеша из переменных.
