Камера DAHUA DH-IPC-HFW1000sp. W25Q128FV. Снял дамп, может кому пригодится. Загрузчик живой. Поделитесь пожалуйста прошивкой.

Дамп можно в почту на iTuneDVR@yandex.ru а там видно будет, что стояло, чтобы советовать.
Доступны для HFW1100 и т.п., но ...

HFW11xx HFW1xxx-Alps2 попробовал, суммы совпадают, но камера не запускается, дамп у Вас.

В переменных окружения она как IPC-HDW1100S

С самой камерой что случилось?

Работали 2 камеры в локалке и на одном питании, одна работает, вторая перестала. В UART

У меня из твоего дампа не открылось пару разделов, что подтверждается представленным логом.
Поэтому надо из загрузчика восстановить.
Модель присутствует в логе.
Инструкция по восстановлению на форуме.

Вы имеете в виду этот раздел? http://itunedvr.ru/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=441 В этом разделе, стандартные средства, мне знакомые. Вероятно я Вас не правильно понимаю.
И. Взял рабочую камеру IPC-HFW1100sp, слил дамп, зашил в пациента. Лог не изменился. Нарыл ещё одну такую-же камеру, перепрошил, лог такой-же, попробовал в загрузчике изменять ID, icrtype логи не меняются.

Стандартная инструкция для стандартных случаев.
Если файл прошивки именно под нужное железо и оно рабочее, то как правило всё восстанавливается.

Я так понимаю не может считать конфигурацию с криптомодуля и ...

Обнаружил, что у донора и пациента даже серийник почти одинаков, отличатся последними двумя цыфрами, что-ж они там "нашифровали", если замена флешки целиком - не вариант. И тогда, возможно, пример из загрузчика такой-же рабочей камеры, позволит понять, что изменение предустановок в загрузчике решит задачу?
